Case Study: Smartwool Spring 2025 Photography & Video Production

For our Spring 2025 apparel campaign, we teamed up with Smartwool to produce a vibrant collection of photography and video content set against Washington State’s breathtaking landscapes. From high-energy hikes and trail runs deep in the backcountry to electrifying mountain biking and playful scenes around town, these diverse locations gave us the perfect backdrop to showcase Smartwool’s newest performance apparel in action.

Backed by an eight-person production crew and a thirteen-member talent group, we executed a meticulously planned, two-day shoot that balanced lifestyle storytelling with detailed product demonstrations. Throughout the process, we stayed true to authenticity—shining a light on the gear’s durability, comfort, and versatility, no matter the spring conditions.

One of the key challenges was selecting locations that offered both striking visual variety and logistical efficiency for multiple scene changes each day. Pre-production scouting allowed us to optimize transitions between locations while ensuring every setting aligned with Smartwool’s adventurous brand ethos. Additionally, we curated a talent roster that not only resonated with the brand’s audience but could also confidently navigate both rugged trails and authentically represent each action. From sunrise expeditions to transitional camping scenes that required adaptability with changing weather, our production team remained flexible to capture the essence of spring adventure. The final deliverables provided Smartwool with an extensive visual library, reinforcing their position as a leader in performance apparel for outdoor enthusiasts
